-- A feedback system has been in place since OCT2004 to help us see how experienced and successful our members are as buyers and sellers. This community is there for you to refer to when you wish to have a better idea of how experienced the user you are dealing with is. You can check how many successful and unsuccessful trades any member has had. Before you leave feedback, please make sure to familiarise yourself with the correct/incorrect ways of leaving it, by looking at the TSUK Feedback guidelines. --
1) When you have had a successful transaction with a member (i.e. received a payment or received an item), and you are happy with how things have gone, please leave positive feedback for the user by posting attsuk_feedback. When ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif)
tsukfb_2007 is updated, the positive feedback point will be added onto the feedback rating of the member.
2) When you have had a problematic transaction with a member (i.e. payment or item never received or very delayed), and you are unhappy with how things have gone, please contact a moderator to discuss the situation by e-mailing tsukmods(at)gmail(dot)com. In most situations you will need to provide evidence in the form of e-mail correspondance, PayPal receipts, and so on. The moderators will then attempt to negotiate with the other member to resolve the situation. If no satisfactory resolution is reached, negative feedback will be given to the member in question if a moderator agrees that it is reasonable and fair to do so. When tsukusers is updated, the negative feedback point will be put next to the feedback rating in red, as well as deducting a point from the positive feedback score. The reason for the negative feedback will also be briefly stated, in red, next to the feedback score. Negative feedbacks are permanent. If you receive TWO, you will be banned from the community.
3) Neutral feedbacks can be left when you are unhappy or dissatisfied with the way a trade has gone, but do not feel it went bad enough to leave a negative feedback point. A neutral feedback will not affect the feedback score of the member. Neutral feedbacks are permanent as of SEPT2005. If three neutrals are gained, they are replaced with a negative feedback point.
